Part of the NetCon controller family, the 551-432 is a 2-channel actuator control module (200mA version) manufactured by Woodward. The series is available in several versions, with the model part number indicating the maximum output current capability of the module.

The size of the 10-25 is 9.75 x 1.5501 x 432 (in) and the power requirement rating is 25.25% position accuracy rating of full scale @ 0 °C. This position accuracy class does not include sensor errors. It has an output current tolerance of ±1% of full scale and a current readback tolerance of ±5% of full scale.

Up to two position feedback devices (LVDT, RVDT) can be used on each actuator channel of the 5501-432. The module has a variety of fault detection functions, including excitation, feedback, and driver related error alarms. Position errors, logic power, microcontroller activity, and CPU modules are also monitored.
