Model 5501-428 is a 2-channel actuator controller module. Woodward manufactures this model in its NetCon controller family. The module is a two-channel model, with each channel controlling proportional or integrated, pneumatic or hydraulic mechanical actuators.

This model is A 10mA version with power requirements of +5 V @ 0.5 A, +24 V @ 1 A. The part number indicates the maximum output current capability of the module, and the series is available in several versions. The model 5501-428 has a current output tolerance of ±1% of full scale and a current readback tolerance of ±5% of full scale.
