The Woodward 9905A series control unit 150-2301 is a reverse-acting low-voltage control unit (low-voltage control operating at 10-40 Vdc). The actuator current on the controller runs at 0-200 mA. When installing the controller, ensure that it is installed in a closed industrial cabinet or electrical operating area, as failure to comply with this may cause problems with control execution. The power consumption of the control unit is equal to or less than the nominal value of 15 W.

To set the drop of the isolated load, make sure that the contact for the drop is open on terminal fourteen, crank the engine and adjust the rated speed of the potentiometer as if it were not loaded, then apply a full load, if the drop potentiometer has not been adjusted to the desired speed, doing so that the engine can operate as expected.

If an error occurs that the low speed is out of sync with the low idle potentiometer, the cause may be the potentiometer itself, and if this is the case and the potentiometer causes erratic behavior, you will need to replace the entire control, because the erratic behavior of the controller can cause serious injury to itself and may even lead to death.
