This particular model is designed for Woodward's 2301A load distribution and speed control system. When using the actuator output on the control line, which is to terminal nine of the engine governor, connect the two governors to connect the wire from terminal ten of the engine governor to terminal twelve on the tailshaft governor.
In relation to the actuator voltage of the controller, if the rated speed potentiometer is slowly started to turn clockwise at the minimum setting, if the reverse action control is used, the potentiometer is turned counterclockwise until the voltage barely begins to climb steadily. If for any reason the prime mover is searching at a reduced rate while operating, start increasing the reset potentiometer until it begins to stabilize, if this method does not solve the problem and stabilize the prime mover, consider evaluating the gain potentiometer by slowly lowering or lowering the gain potentiometer and simultaneously increasing the actuator compensation. At the time of operation control, the actuator compensation should be read with time continuous compatibility of 0-500 ms.
