自2005年发布PCD3之后，我们不断地扩展着整个系列，不断地更新CPU的类型，以满足各种各样的要求。现在，随着新的更强大CPU型号的问世，我们已经在PLC控制器性能级别这个方面，名列前茅。它所提供的强大的资源和所支持的功能范围，使其成为一个几乎完美无缺的产品。

用户程序速度提高3倍，内存增一倍

新的工业级CPU处理器处理速度比现有的PCD3CPU快了3倍。部分速度的增加将被用于新的系统功能的升级。对于PG5应用程序速度，正常情况下速度大约可以快出2倍。可用内存资源增加了两倍多。也就是说，现在2MB的Flash存储可用于用户程序，1MBSRAM可以用于数据块和文本的存储。

具有文件系统的板载闪存

Power-CPU的基本单元具有16MB的集成闪存（该闪存具有文件系统）。如果不需要可移动闪存，用户可以按需利用该内存储存网页、文档、日志数据等等。

充足的系统资源足以应付复杂的任务所需

系统集成内存资源（RAM和Flash）容量非常大。另外，由于未来可以使用<C语言>进行编程，在该系统中也就可实现复杂控制以及最优化算法。随着处理速度的增快，这也将实现复杂严苛的应用程序。CPU支持高度复杂的任务，比如在单装置中通过BACnet 以及Lon-IP方式进行同步通信。

CPU充足的系统资源（最大4GB闪存），集成自动化服务器，以及多通信协议，使该CPU适合超过普通自动化操作台使用范围的任务。因此用户可将CPU和SaiaWeb-Panel共同组成上位管理系统和控制系统，可以在直到现场层的各个范围内，实现集成的监视和控制不同的车间产品组。

今天，具有Windows软件的PCD系统以及众多的通信驱动经常被用于处理类似的复杂任务。而此类系统的服务以及维修费用也是比较高昂的。

Saia PCD控制器作为工业控制器，拥有着高水准的质量以及20年的长生命周期。这种优势帮助客户节省了费用，并为产品在安装后的整个生命期中，能够保持高效的运行提供了保证。

完全与现有CPU兼容

就软件与硬件而言，新CPU的功能范围大于等于当前的PCD3CPU的功能范围。也就是说，基于它所熟悉的Web/IT功能，新CPU也支持自动化服务器。虽然新CPU处理程序的速度较快，但它是完全可兼容的。因此现有的用户程序也可以直接转移到新CPU中，并在新CPU上正常运转。

有用的细节

以太网插头有两个集成LED，能够显示连接状态以及数据流量。24VDC电源和集成的RS485接口被设计在一个插头上，并装备了反极性保护。

可用的CPU类型

现有三种版本的新CPU可供用户使用：

–基于以太网以及Profi-S-Net的PCD3.M5560

–基于以太网以及CAN的PCD3.M6360

–基于以太网以及Profibus-DPmaster的PCD3.M6560

用户可选择Saia PG52.0，进行编程或配置的控制器版本，也可以选择由STEP 7编程的控制器版本。

The new Saia PCD3 series has a more powerful CPU

Since the release of PCD3 in 2005, we have continued to expand the entire family, constantly updating CPU types to meet a wide variety of requirements. Now, with the advent of new and more powerful CPU models, we are already at the top of the PLC controller performance class. The powerful resources it offers and the range of features it supports make it an almost flawless product.

Three times faster user programs and twice as much memory

The new industrial-grade CPU processor is up to three times faster than the existing PCD3CPU. Part of the speed increase will be used to upgrade new system features. For PG5 application speeds, the normal speed can be about 2 times faster. The available memory resources have more than tripled. That is, 2MB of Flash storage is now available for user programs, and 1MBSRAM is available for the storage of data blocks and text.

Onboard flash memory with file system

The base unit of the Power-CPU has 16MB of integrated flash memory (which has a file system). If removable flash memory is not required, users can use the memory on demand to store web pages, documents, log data, and more.

Adequate system resources are sufficient to cope with the complex tasks required

System integrated memory resources (RAM and Flash) capacity is very large. In addition, because the <C language > can be used for programming in the future, complex control and optimization algorithms can be realized in this system. As processing speeds increase, this will also enable complex and demanding applications. The CPU supports highly complex tasks, such as synchronous communication via BACnet and Lon-IP in a single device.

The CPU's ample system resources (up to 4GB of flash memory), integrated automation server, and multiple communication protocols make the CPU suitable for tasks beyond the range of normal automation console use. Therefore, users can use the CPU and SaiaWeb-Panel together to form the upper management system and control system, which can achieve integrated monitoring and control of different workshop product groups in various ranges up to the field layer.

Today, PCD systems with Windows software and numerous communication drivers are often used to handle similarly complex tasks. The service and maintenance costs of such systems are also relatively high.

Saia PCD controllers are industrial controllers with a high level of quality and a long life cycle of 20 years. This advantage helps customers save money and ensures that the product will continue to operate efficiently throughout the life of the installation.

Fully compatible with existing cpus

In terms of software and hardware, the functional range of the new CPU is greater than or equal to the functional range of the current PCD3CPU. That said, based on its familiar Web/IT capabilities, the new CPU also supports automated servers. Although the new CPU processor is faster, it is fully compatible. Therefore, existing user programs can also be transferred directly to the new CPU and run properly on the new CPU.

Useful details

The Ethernet plug has two integrated leds that show the connection status and data flow. The 24VDC power supply and integrated RS485 interface are designed in one plug and equipped with reverse polarity protection.

Available CPU types

Three versions of the new CPU are available to users:

- PCD3.M5560 based on Ethernet and Profi-S-Net

- PCD3.M6360 based on Ethernet and CAN

- PCD3.M6560 based on Ethernet and Profibus-DPmaster

Users can choose either a controller version programmed or configured by Saia PG52.0, or a controller version programmed by STEP 7.
