PC-E984-685 SCHNEIDER变频器的额定参数。(1)入侧的额定参数。①额定电压→低压变频器的额定电压有单相220~240V(主要是家用电器中的小容量变频器),三相220V或380~460V。
我国低压变频器的额定电压多为三相380V,中高压变频器的额定电压有3kV、6kV和10kV。
②额定频率→一般规定为工频50Hz或60Hz,我国为50Hz。(2)输出侧的额定参数。
①额定输出电压→由于变频器的输出电压是随频率变化的,所以其额定输出电压只能规定为输出电压中的最大值,通常它总是和输入侧的额定电压相等。②额定输出电流→额定输出电流指允许长时间输出的最大电流,是用户选择变频器的主要依据。
③额定输出容量→额定输出容量由额定输出电压和额定输出电流的乘积决定:。Se=√3UeIex10?3。式中的S额定输出量,kVA;Ue额定输出电压,V;Ic额定输出电流,A。需指出:变频器的额定容量有以额定输出电流(A)表示的,有以额定有功功率(kw)表示的,也有以额定视在功率(kVA)表示的。
★变频器虽然具有软启动、软停车、无级调速以及特殊要求的增、减特性等,具有过载、过压、欠压、短路、接地等保护功能及各种预警、预报信息和状态信息及诊断功能;但如果变频器与电机功率匹配没有正确选择,或者没有正确地设置最基本参数选择,出现电机烧了,而变频器仍然还有输出;这种情况一般不会出现在熟悉变频器的老师傅们的工作中。简单地说,正确设置变频器与电机的参数,例如:额定功率、额定频率、额定电压、额定电流、额定输出容量等是确保变频器正常工作,且充分发挥其变频器及电机性能的前提,而掌握基本参数设定的操作方法是操作变频器的关键所在环节。
