The GE Fanuc IC693CPU351 is a CPU module with a single slot. The module uses a maximum power of 5V DC power supply and the required load is 890 mA of the power supply. The module performs its functions at a processing speed of 25 MHz, using a processor type of 80386EX. In addition, the module must operate in the ambient temperature range of 0°C - 60 °C. The module also has 240K bytes of built-in user memory for entering programs into the module. The actual available size of user memory depends primarily on the amount allocated to %AI, %R, and %AQ.
