Product description
General: The IC693CPU341 module is a member of the GE Fanuc 90-30 series and is a single-socket CPU module equipped with five backboards. In addition to one CPU backboard, it contains four remote and/or extended backboards. It is equipped with an 80C188XL processor.
Power Supply: Operating at 20 MHz, requires a 490 MA load of +5 VDC rated power supply. The module operates in an ambient temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius (or 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit).
Memory: The typical CAN rate for this CPU is 0.3 milliseconds per 1K logic (also known as Boolean contacts). The maximum user program memory of the IC693CPU341 is 80K bytes, and the register memory (%R) is 9999 words. 1280-bit discrete global memory (%G), 1024-bit internal coil (%M), 256-bit output (temporary) coil (%T), and 128-bit system state reference (%S, %SA, %SB, and %SC each have 32 bits).
