The STXDNS825 adapter module is a DeviceNet adapter manufactured by GE Fanuc. It comes with integrated I/O, consisting of 16 perfusion current inputs and 8 relay outputs, i.e. 24 volt DC isolated relay outputs. It has an open housing and should be installed in a housing with a pollution class 2 industrial environment. There are 4 different LED indicators on the front, which are "MOD", "NET", "I/O" and "Field Power" leds. There is also a rotary dial on the front panel for switching node addresses. The rotary dial can switch between x10 and x1 addresses. The STXDNS825 adapter module has a connection test point that can be used to manually test the module's functionality. A simple push-spring clamp terminal is used to connect 14 AWG gauge wires. The DeviceNet module can be mounted using the DIN rail located at the bottom of the device.

The STXDNS825 adapter module consumes a total of 24 mA of current at 30 volts DC under normal operating conditions.
