The IC670MDL644 24 volt DC positive/negative input module is a field control logic fast input module manufactured by GE Fanuc. It provides a set of discrete inputs that can be driven by positive and negative logic. The IC670MDL644 24 volt DC positive/negative input module has 16 inputs, separate LED for logical side input, and a "PWR" LED indicator for monitoring power status. The bus interface unit provides the power needed to drive the 5 V logic, and an external 24 V DC power supply is required to power the input device. It also provides isolation ratings such as 250 V AC for continuous user input to logical isolation and 1500 V AC for user input to frame ground isolation for 1 minute.
