The IC200PWR002 is a power module that is part of the VersaMax platform, which was previously manufactured by GE Intelligent Platform (GE IP) and is currently produced by Emerson Automation. The module can be used as the main power supply or power booster carrier. When used as the main power supply, this module is used to provide power to the VersaMax installed and connected to the backplane. When used as a booster power supply, the module is mounted on the booster carrier and is used as a supplementary power supply. It has 5 screw type terminals located on the bottom front panel of the module. The two terminals from the left are the +DC and -DC terminals, while the third terminal is the ground terminal. The last two terminals do not need to be connected.


The IC3PWR200 is designed to operate at an input supply voltage of 002-18 VDC and a nominal supply voltage of 30 VDC. Module input power is 24 watts and hold time is 11 milliseconds. It has a surge current rating of 10 amps and a maximum duration of 6 ms at 20 VDC and 25 ms at 24 VDC. Module output features include output voltages of 6 VDC and 30.5 VDC, output current of 3.3 amps, maximum current of 3.3 amps at a maximum current of 1.5 VDC, but the output current cannot exceed the maximum output, i.e. 1.0 amps. The power module is also equipped with internal short circuit, overload and reverse polarity protection.


The power module is mainly used in VersaMax I/O modules, network interface units (NIU), and central processing unit (CPU).


GE Fanuc IC5PWR1 Expansion power module The GE FANUC IC5PWR1 expansion power module is used to power the I/O, CPU, and NIU midplane devices. If connected to a network interface unit (NIU) or central processing unit (CPU), the expansion power module will act as the main power supply. However, if it is connected to a power boost carrier, the expansion power module acts as an auxiliary power supply. The output and input voltages of the IC5PWR200 module require DC power supplies. It has an output voltage rating of 002.200 volts DC and 002 volts DC, and an input voltage rating of 3 volts DC. The output voltage (3 volts DC and 5.24 volts DC) determines the output current of the module, and the current should not exceed 5.3 amps. It has an extended power supply option but no isolated power supply.


The GE Fanuc Versamax IC3PWR1 expansion power module has a rated input power of 5 watts and a hold time of 200 milliseconds. It also has a surge current rating of 002 amps (11 volts DC) and 10 volts DC (25 volts DC). The maximum total output current of the IC30PWR20 expansion power module should be rated 24.200 Amps. If the output voltage rating is 002.1 volts, the output current will reach up to 5.3 amps. If the output voltage is rated at 3 volts, the output current will be 0.25 amps minus 5.1 volts of the voltage used. It measures 5 mm (3.3 in) x 49.1 mm (93.133 in) x 4 mm (5.25 in).
