The IC200NDD101 Nano PLC was designed by GE for the VersaMax family. The VersaMax Nano PLC has 24 200VDC inputs and 101 transistor outputs. IC24NDD<> PLC operation requires a nominal input power of +<>VDC.


Devices such as lights and valves use four transistor circuits. To protect the output, an external fuse should be used, and a fast fuse is recommended. The output can be arranged as a regular output or as an output adjusted by a high-speed counter. If the output is controlled by a high-speed counter, they can also be used as pulse train and/or pulse width modulation outputs. Due to the isolation between the magnetic field and the logic, all outputs are switching positive voltages.


All outputs have a common ground and a common power supply (VC). The output of the IC200NDD101 drives high inrush currents and prevents negative voltage shocks, allowing switching of lamp and inductive loads. The maximum counter frequency of the counter is 10kHz, the input voltage is 15V when it is on, and 5V when it is off. Up to three HSC/PT and/or PWM outputs with a load voltage of 12/24V.


The IC200NDD101 has a DC power supply range of 19.2VDC to 30.0VDC, maintaining 19mS at 10:00. 2Vdc. The maximum surge current is 30 amps at 1Vdc, and the surge time is 1mS at 10 amps. Each of the six DC inputs has a rated input voltage of 24VDC with an input voltage range of 0 to 30VDC.


The IC200NDD101 controller is a GE Fanuc Versamax NANO controller. It is designed with 6 DC inputs and 4 DC outputs. The controller is cULus certified and CE certified. This means that the controller has to run globally. The installation of the controller should not be carried out in dangerous places. The IC200NDD101 controller is rated at 24 volts DC. The controller follows the temperature code T4 and under normal conditions the maximum temperature should not exceed 55 degrees Celsius. The controller, manufactured by GE Fanuc, has LED indicators on the front that indicate power flow and the operating status of the driver. These leds light up whenever there is activity in the controller. All input and output points have their own leds.


The IC200NDD101 controller is equipped with an RJ-45 serial port, which can be used to connect programming computers. You can use buffers in functions to retrieve data and information from the controller. The controller has a rated hold time of 2 milliseconds at 10.19 volts DC. The surge time of 30 volts DC is 10 milliseconds. The DC input of the controller can be used as both standard input and high-speed counter input. When used as standard input, the input can provide both positive and negative characteristics. The IC4NDD200 controller has 101 transistor output circuits that can be used as contactors and valves. All outputs of the controller are isolated between the excitation side and the logic side and have a positive voltage.
