The GE Fanuc IC200MDD846 Hybrid I/O module is a product of GE Fanuc, manufactured as part of the Versamax family. The module is designed to increase the flexibility of the machine by integrating discrete input and output points into a single module. In order for the module to operate efficiently, the IC200CHSxxx carrier base is required. The IC200MDD846 hybrid module has a set of eight input points that draw current from the input device connected to it and send it to the public line. It also has a set with 8 output points capable of handling a maximum current load of 2 amps. The input point of the hybrid module is A positive logic type or source type input, while the output point is a Type A relay with silver contacts, a fixed coil and a moving frame.
