The IC200CHS121 Versamax terminal is a plug-in fuse type terminal manufactured by GE. It is designed with 16 channels. It is used to connect the I/O carrier module to the field wiring. Each of the 16 channels in the terminal is equipped with its own LED terminals. When there is activity in the channel connection, the leds in each channel light up. The terminal saves space and is a cost-effective industrial solution. It weighs about 1 pound and comes with an open housing. It is fully compatible with Versamax I/O modules. The IC200CHS121 terminal has two components, namely a base and an expansion base. The main base of the terminal is connected to terminal A on the Versamax module.
The IC200CHS121 terminal comes with a connector that is connected from the I/O carrier to the cable for power connection. The terminal can be easily installed using the bracket on the back. To resist vibration, use screws to install terminals. Connect the IC200CHS121 terminal to the A-side terminal on the Versamax module connector. There are connected wires in the module and no additional terminals are required. A separate fuse is required for each terminal and cable connector. Terminals must be properly grounded and disconnected from the power supply during installation. The ambient temperature should be set between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. If the ambient temperature rises to more than 60 degrees Celsius, the terminal output derates. Keep the terminals away from EMC noise.
