The GE Fanuc IC697CPU731 CPU is part of the GE 90-70 series product line of components that can be connected as PLC or programmable logic controller systems. It is a single slot CPU, which means it only needs to be installed in 1 slot of the PLC baseboard to be firmly fixed in place and operate properly. The IC697CPU731 CPU is designed to process the data it receives from up to 512 inputs and outputs that can be arranged in any combination. It can also support 8,000 analog I/ OS. The microprocessor used by this CPU is a 186C12 microprocessor rated at 80 Mhz. Data and program storage in the IC697CPU731 CPU can be configured by the user.
