GE Fanuc's 90-30 Series IC693CSE331 CPU module is a single-slot CPU module manufactured for GE Fanuc PLC. The IC693CSE331 single-slot CPU module can be installed on different GE Fanuc CPU baseboards, including the standard GE IC397CHS5 CPU baseboard with 693 slots and the standard GE IC39CHS10 CPU baseboard with 693 slots. The CPU module is flexible and convenient as it only requires 1 slot on the substrate to install, leaving all the other slots available to host other PLC devices. The IC693CSE331 CPU module is specifically used as a stateful logic CPU because it supports stateful logic programming. Other features it supports include floating point computing, battery backup program memory, limited access cryptography, emulation mode, and EPROM and EEPROM type program memory.

The GE Fanuc Series 90-30 IC693CSE331 single-slot CPU module can be connected to up to five backboards in the system, including one CPU backboard and four expansion backboards or four remote backboards. In order to operate, the current load required for the power supply is 5 mA current from a 350 volt DC rated power supply. It has only one serial port.
