The GE Fanuc IC695NKT001 unit is an Ethernet Network interface unit (ENIU) manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms/GE Fanuc as part of the RX3i PacSystems family. The ENIU package includes the IC695NIU001 network interface unit and the IC695ETM001 Ethernet module. The GE Fanuc IC695NKT001 Ethernet network interface unit has 2 serial ports for communication and a local logic with a capacity of 20 KB. This machine must be installed in the GE IC695CHSxxx base. In general, the ENIU suite in the RX3i family supports various scaling options for remote and local I/O, which helps optimize the configuration process. The entire GE Fanuc RX3i PacSystems PLC system can also be extended or expanded by using a local remote expansion unit up to eight expansion bases.
