VME单板计算机是基于VME总线的单板计算机,是一种构建完整计算机的单一电路板。

VME总线是一种高性能工业用总线,以PCI电气规范为标准,其插板一般有两种尺寸,一种是3U高度的带一个总线接口J1,高长为100mm160mm,另一种是6U高度的带2个总线接口J1、J2,高长为233mm160mm,一般每块VME总线的插板上的接口J1、J2都有96针。
