The DSM302 module is a two-axis motion control module that is highly integrated with the logic solving and communication functions of the IC693 PLC. Two main control loop configurations are available: standard mode and slave mode.
Configuration: • DSP provides vector control of GE Fanuc AC servo system • Servo loop update: 250 μs (torque), 1 ms (speed), 2 ms (position)
• Block processing time is less than 5 ms
• Speed feedforward and position error integrators
• High resolution programming unit

The Motion Mate™ DSM300 is GE Fanuc's digital motion controller for the 90-30™ series PLC. This high-performance, full-featured Motion controller combines the versatility of the Motion Mate™ APM300 with the reliability and performance of GE Fanuc's Alpha and Beta series servo motors and amplifiers. It also provides an analog interface to drive third-party drives or hydraulic systems.
