The GE Fanuc IC693CPU351 is a CPU module with a single slot. The module uses a maximum power of 5V DC power supply and the required load is 890 mA of power supply. The module performs its functions at a processing speed of 25 MHz, using a processor type of 80386EX. In addition, the module must operate in the ambient temperature range of 0°C - 60 °C. The module also comes with 240K bytes of built-in user memory for entering programs into the module. The actual amount of memory available to the user depends primarily on the amount allocated to %AI, %R, and %AQ.
The IC693CPU351 utilizes memory storage such as flash and RAM to store data and is compatible with PCM/CCM. It also supports features such as floating point math in firmware version 9.0 and later.
