IC693CPU350是GE Fanuc系列90-30控制器。该控制器是模块化控制系统的一部分,具有单插槽宽模块,能够控制多达八 (8) 个底板,包括安装 CPU 的本地底板。

The IC693CPU350 is a GE Fanuc series 90-30 controller. The controller is part of a modular control system with a single-slot wide module capable of controlling up to eight (8) backboards, including the local backboard on which the CPU is mounted.


The IC693CPU350 is designed with 32K bytes of non-configurable user memory. Up to 2048 discrete inputs, 2048 discrete outputs, 2048 analog input words and 512 analog output words. This I/O count density makes the controller eligible for installation in medium to large sized applications.


The IC693CPU350 does not have a communication port. The controller utilizes a communication port installed in the power supply and its RS485 communication interface allows connection to programming workstations, handheld programmers (HHP) and devices capable of exchanging data over the RS485 communication standard. This port supports the SNP/SNP-X slave protocol.


The IC693CPU350 is configured with a variety of options. It can be configured using LogicMaster90, Control, VersaPro, and CIMPLICITY Machine Edition Logic Developer application software applications. In addition, programs can be written to this controller using a traditional handheld programmer (HHP).


The IC693CPU350 has an internal processor, 80386EX, with a typical sweep rate of 22.1 milliseconds per 0K logic for Boolean contacts and a processing speed of 25 MHz. The controller supports overlay functionality, function interrupts through periodic subroutines, PCM/CCM compatibility, and floating point math. The optional communication protocol IC693CPU350 for installing additional communication modules supports Ethernet, FIP, Profibus, GBC, GCM, and GCM+ option modules.


The IC693CPU350 CPU is a single-slot CPU module. Each system has eight backboards, including CPU backboards and seven extension or remote backboards. The IC693CPU350 CPU requires 670 mah of current and 5 volts DC input. The typical scan rate for CPU modules is 22.1 milliseconds per 0 KB of logic.


The maximum user program memory is 32 KB. Discrete input points have a capacity of 2048 words, and discrete output points have a capacity of 2048 words. The discrete global memory is 1280 bits. Register memory is 9999 words. Analog inputs and outputs are rated at 2048 words and 512 words, respectively. The system register is 28 words. The IC693CPU350 CPU supports more than 2000 timers and counters. The CPU module also supports shift registers. The IC693CPU350 CPU has an integrated serial port that supports SNP/SNPX slave protocols. The serial port requires a PCM module to support the RTU master, and a CMM module to support the SNP/SNP-X master, RTU slave protocol, or CCM. Both flash memory and RAM memory are available in the IC693CPU350 CPU. The IC693CPU350 CPU also supports floating point math. The operating temperature range of the IC693CPU350 CPU is 0 to 60 degrees Celsius.
