Ge manufactured the 531X191RTBAJG1 card for use as a relay terminal board. The card was developed as a member of the 531X series replacement driver and exciter board. Installing this card provides two services to the drive. External circuits can be connected and controlled by one of seven on-board relays. The device also allows users to access coils and contacts using the terminal board on the card.

When this card is installed, many board features will be provided to the drive. Inside the board is a 115 VAC coil with a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The contacts on the board are rated for 0.7 A DC or 105 VDC, while the resulting holding current is 9 mA. The 531X191RTBAJG1 can also table the RTB points of the board and the relay contacts. Each relay has an integrated LED indicator. These will light up when the relay is powered on. The card can also be used to control external circuits fed to the board.
