Ge developed the 531X191RTBAGG1 as a relay terminal board for the 531X replacement board family. Many drives in the GE series can accept this card and use its features. Once installed, the card has two uses for the drive. It provides seven relays for wired connections to external circuits. The terminal board also allows the user to access the system's integrated contacts and coils.
The card provides many useful features for motherboard mounted drives. When the board is running, the 531X191RTBAGG1 can control external circuits fed to the seven relays by performing control functions. Relay terminal cards like these can also tabulate RTB points and relay contacts. As the G1 version of the board, the board's contacts and coils are rated for this particular part of the series. Coil with a plate rate of 115 VAC ± 10% and a rated holding current of 9 mA. The contacts on the card are rated for A current of 0.7 A DC and a voltage of 105 VDC.
Protecting board integrity depends on the user following the installation parameters defined by the manufacturer. Ensure that only trained and qualified personnel are allowed to install the board.
