The 531X182IFGAEG1 is a VA-4 inverter ignition generator card. This product is from General Electric. The 531X182IFGAEG1 has three red light emitting diodes (short leds) at the bottom of the board. The 531X182IFGAEG1 uses resistors to eliminate energy not used by the board.
