The 531X149SNCABG1 is a small circuit board component manufactured by GE for use in GE's DC-300 drivers or other similar general-purpose driver systems. Many of these systems are now considered obsolete. However, these systems were created by GE and are dynamic and flexible, capable of handling a wide range of industrial tasks.

The 531X149SNCABG1 is a buffer card rated at 150-300 HP. The buffer is designed as an energy absorbing circuit to suppress voltage spikes caused by switching on. The buffer reduces the current and voltage amplitude and limits the rate at which the voltage and current rise. The board is marked with codes such as VA-5, GE-Fanuc, 003/0, and FR00/1. It also has the auxiliary board number F31X149SNCABG1.

The 531X149SNCABG1 has eight diodes on its surface. It has five wound resistors (labeled HEI 9446 FS-20S-5 NI) and six capacitors.
