The 531X133PRUANG1 is a process interface board manufactured by GE for use in several of its general-purpose drive systems. Refer to the manual or user guide associated with your drive system to determine compatibility.
The 531X133PRUANG1 is used to amplify, filter and convert input signals so that they can be used correctly by the connected control system. This is one of several versions of the board in the series. It is labeled with board numbers and codes such as F31x133PRUALG1, 002/01, 003/01, and 006/01. The code is located on the front and back of the board.
The 531X133PRUANG1 consists of a 16-pin base connector, two cable connectors with vertical pins, and a terminal strip. The terminal strip has three screw connections and is marked with TACH (-) and TACH (+.) The board also has <> a jumper switch and multiple TP test points. It has a switch assembly labeled "TACH Series". The component has seven independent toggle switches that can be set to turn on or off.
The 531X133PRUANG1 consists of various resistors, capacitors and diodes. Most of the capacitors on the board are made of ceramic materials, but several are made of polyester vinyl and one is an aluminum electrolytic component. The board has a hundred metal film resistors, most of which are vertically mounted on the board surface.
