The GE drive control board DS200SDCCG1AFD is the main controller of the drive. The General Electric Drive control board DS200SDCCG1AFD is equipped with 3 microprocessors and RAM and can be accessed by multiple microprocessors simultaneously.
You can configure boards using jumpers and software tools on boards. You can load the software configuration tool on your laptop, then download the configuration Settings from the motherboard and edit them on your laptop. If you need to download the configuration file to your laptop, you can connect the board to the serial cable on the optional LAN communication card and connect the other end to the serial port on your laptop. After editing the configuration file, upload it to the board using a serial connection.
If you are having trouble connecting the serial port, make sure that the serial port on your laptop is configured correctly, and check that the serial cable is connected and fully secured.
There are eight jumpers on the board to configure the behavior of the board. Some jumpers are for factory testing only and cannot be changed by the user. To change the position of the jumper, hold the jumper between your thumb and forefinger and pull the jumper out of the pin. Move the jumper to the pin in the new position and gently insert the jumper into the pin.
Nine-wire jumpers are also available and they can be used to configure the board as well.
