IC660BBD024是GE发那科的智能Block I/O模块。该模块是一个高密度的32(32)点离散I/O块,具有单独可配置的通道作为输入,输出或带反馈的输出。该模块支持源布线,并提供可复位的自我保护电路和先进的诊断。


IC660BBD024输入特性包括兼容12/24VDC作为on状态信号值。具体来说,对于12VDC,导通范围为8-12VDc,而24VDC导通范围为18-24VDC。它的输入阻抗为3.3 K欧姆,输入处理时间为1.4 ms,受配置的信号滤波的影响,具有多种选项,如1、2、3、4、5、10、20、30、40、50、60、70、80、90或100ms。

The IC660BBD024 is an intelligent Block I/O module from GE Fanuc. The module is a high-density 32(32) point-discrete I/O block with individually configurable channels as input, output or output with feedback. The module supports source wiring and provides resetable self-protection circuitry and advanced diagnostics.


The IC660BBD024 input features include compatibility with 12/24VDC as an on status signal value. Specifically, for 12VDC, the conduction range is 8-12VDc, while for 24VDC, the conduction range is 18-24VDC. It has an input impedance of 3.3 K ohms and an input processing time of 1.4 ms, subject to configured signal filtering, with a variety of options such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100ms.


When configured as an output, each channel is capable of providing a 0.5 amp turn-on delay of 0.5 ms and is capable of withstanding a 10 ms maximum inrush current of 4 amps, possibly repeated every 0.5 seconds. The block I/O is capable of up to 16 amps. Each configured output channel has a maximum voltage drop of 2.0 volts at 4 amp surges and is capable of detecting switch failures.


The IC660BBD024 supports the Genius Bus protocol for communicating with partner devices that are compatible with the aforementioned protocols. Specifically, bus controllers such as IC66*CBB902 or CBB 903, any version; Or Model IC66*CBB900 or CBB901 version 1.3 or later available. In addition, it can also be configured using the IC66*HHM501 handheld monitor. For Bus switch modules (BSM), IC66*BSM021 is compatible with IC660BBD024 block I/O.


The IC660BBD024 I/O module can also work with 2-wire and 3-wire proximity switches, as well as relays, contactors, and lights. The 32 identical I/O points on the front panel can be easily configured. When connected to the contact, the corresponding LED indicator next to the contact will light up.


The GE Fanuc IC660BBD024 I/O module has a block-to-block isolation rating of 850 volts. Its maximum ripple is 10% at 12 to 24 volts and 1% at 5 volts. The IC660BBD024 I/O module has a power difference of 4 ms at 12 volts and 20 ms at 24 volts. Ensure proper handling during block installation. The block comes with an open shell, so it should be kept in a clean place, free from pollutants in the air. It can be installed in an up or down position with at least 2 inches of space between adjacent blocks. IC660BBD024 I/O module operating temperature range is 0 ~ 60℃, the maximum humidity is 95%(non-condensation humidity)
