GE terminal board Relay Card 531X111PSHAJG3 provides 5v dc, 15v dc, and 24v dc currents for the driver. It also has a pulse transformer for electric field circuits. The GE Terminal Board Relay Card 531X111PSHAJG3 has a 3TB cartridge MOV assembly that you can replace as part of the board replacement process. Replace the 531X111PSHAJG3 trunk card on the GE terminal board, and then the 3TB Potted MOV component.
The 3TB component contains a ribbon cable that you must move from the original component to the new component. Place one hand on the connector of the ribbon cable and the other hand on the connector on the circuit board. Pull the connector apart. If you grab the ribbon cables and pull them apart, it could cause damage.
Five mounting screws secure the assembly to the mounting surface. Remove the five screws using a screwdriver and set them aside. Also remove the four support columns from the mounting surface. You can use a short screwdriver to do this.
Mark the location of the four holes to assemble and use the drill bit to make the holes. Care must be taken to ensure that debris from drilling does not fall on the 3TB or other parts of the drive. After the operation is complete, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the surfaces and components of metal chips, dust, and drill chips. When you power the drive, debris can damage the component.
