The Mark VIe IS420UCPAH1A device is a controller platform with integral input and output. The core function of the device is to run control logic, also known as application code. A key feature of the module is that, thanks to its integrated I/O capabilities, it can communicate with external input-output packets via a simple IONet function. Please note that while this controller is available to everyone, it can only be used in commercial designs and not in any type of residential environment.

This model is the first of its kind in UCPA. As the first, the IS420UCPAH1A model is equipped with a BPPCH2A processor board and a base IS400STWCH1A I/O board. With these features, the controller will provide the following inputs and outputs, two analog inputs (ai), four digital inputs/outputs with feedback (dio), and two Hall-effect pulse inputs. Depending on which I/O points are used, they can be configured on a per-point basis.

The IS420UCPAH1A has leds, which are provided by the BPPC processor board. DIO1 through DIO8 leds will be yellow, indicating that discrete IOs is turned on and activated with low functionality; The PULSE1 and PULSE2 leds will also be yellow, indicating that the pulse input is turned on and activated at low function. There is also a concern LED, labeled ATTN, is a red and green two-color LED; Green for synchronization and red for attention.
