GE紧急超速板DS200TCEBG1ACE具有一个微处理器和多个可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM)模块的插座。它还包含3个保险丝，30个跳线和2个卡口连接器。板上的30个跳线使安装人员能够配置板，使其完全按照驱动器的要求运行。原板安装时，操作人员应查看随板提供的书面材料中提供的跳线说明。安装程序可以根据需要移动跳线来定制配置值。

The GE Emergency Overdrive board DS200TCEBG1ACE has a microprocessor and sockets for multiple erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM) modules. It also contains 3 fuses, 30 jumpers and 2 bayonet connectors. The 30 jumpers on the board enable the installer to configure the board so that it operates exactly as the drive requires. When installing the original board, the operator should check the jumper instructions provided in the written materials supplied with the board. The installer can move the jumper as needed to customize the configuration values.
When the board is shipped, the jumper is in the default position. The default location is the configuration setting normally used for processing.
When boards must be replaced, one task is to remove the old boards and place the replacement boards side by side. Then, check the position of the jumpers on the old board and set the jumpers on the replacement board to match them. This way, the new board has a matching configuration and will run in the same configuration.
If you suspect that the board has stopped processing or that some functions of the board have stopped while others continue, the first step is to check the fuse. Fuses protect the board from overvoltage conditions and voltage spikes that occur when the power supply is present in the driver. Find 3 fuses, if the element inside the fuse is blown, replacing the fuse is an easy solution. However, make sure that the new fuse matches the bad fuse in type and current rating.
