The IS230SNIDH1A is an analog I/O card that allows din rail mounting. The board has three IS220PDIA packages that are connected to the board via three 37-pin connectors (vertical) with locking fasteners (JR1/JS1/JT1). These discrete input packets provide an electrical interface between an Ethernet network (up to two) and an input terminal board. Each package has a processor board, two separate 10/100 Ethernet ports, and an internal temperature sensor. The board also has a high-speed processor with RAM and flash memory. Any necessary diagnosis is made via an on-board LED indicator located at the top of each module. PDIA packages can be replaced without manual reconfiguration; Automatic reconfiguration should allow any new I/O packages to be automatically downloaded from the controller.

The IS230SNIDH1A is filled with terminal strips mounted to the surface of the board with two screws. The board has two 3-position plugs. It consists of several rows of capacitors, diodes and resistors. The board has 25 MOVs(metal oxide varistors), which are used to protect the circuit from overvoltage.

The IS230SNIDH1A is mounted to the din rail frame by screw connection. These are made by factory drilling holes and two oval cuts on the surface of the board.
