Product description

Model IS200TBCIS2CCD is part of the Mark VI IS200 series produced by General Electric. This model is described as a contact input with a set of isolated terminal plates. When operating, the unit will accept 24 dry contact inputs that are simultaneously connected to two barrier terminal blocks. There are several different control systems that can use the TBCI model. The related control system is Mark VI, but also includes Mark VIe and Mark VIe control systems. When the TBCI model is used in the Mark VIeS control system, the TBCIS1C,TBCIS2C and TBCIS3C models are all certified for safety. One of the features of the IS200TBCIS2CCD model is that it can be used with several board types, it can be used with the Mark VIe IS220PDIA and Mark VIeS IS200YDIA models as well as all models associated with PDIA and YDIA units.

The IS200TBCIS2CCD model can be used in simplex and three-mode redundancy (TMR) systems. When the TBCI model is used in a TMR system, the cable will be connected to the I/O processor using JS1, JT1, and JR1 connectors. When this model is used in Simplex systems, the I/O processors will only be connected via JR1 connectors. When the model is used in the Mark VIe/VIeS system, the associated I/O packages are inserted directly into the TBCI model and then attached to the side mount bracket. Firmware on IS200TBCIS2CCD models may need to be downloaded to operate the unit properly.
