温度变送器一般由基准源、冷端补偿、放大单元、线性化处理、V/转换、断偶处理、反接保护、限流保护等电路单元组成，它是将热电阳产生的电阻经冷端补偿放大后，再帽由线性电路消除电阻与温度的非线性误差，后放大转换为420mA电流输出信号、为防止热电阳测量中由于断丝而使按温失效造成事故，变送器中还设有断电保护电路。当热电阻断丝或接解不良时，变送器会输出大值(28mA) 以使仪表切断电源。温度变送器模块为24V供电，二线制威二线制的一体化热电阳，产是采用进门集成电路，将热电阳的信号放大，并转换成4-20mA的输出电流 5V的输出电乐，其中铠装变送器可以直接测量气体或液体的温度特别适用于低温范围测量，克服了冷凝水对测温所带来的影响.

Generally, the temperature transmitter is composed of reference source, cold-end compensation, amplification unit, linearization, V/ conversion, decoupling, reverse connection protection, current limiting protection and other circuit units. The resistor generated by thermoelectric anode is amplified by cold-end compensation, and then the nonlinear error between resistance and temperature is eliminated by linear circuit, and then amplified and converted into a 420mA current output signal. In order to prevent accidents caused by temperature failure due to broken wire in thermoelectric anode measurement, the transmitter is also equipped with a power-off protection circuit. When the thermoelectric blocking wire or poor connection, the transmitter will output a large value (28mA) to make the instrument cut off the power supply. The temperature transmitter module is an integrated thermoelectric anode with 24V power supply and two-wire system. The production adopts an integrated circuit with a door, which amplifies the signal of the thermoelectric anode and converts it into an output current of 5V with 4-20mA. The armored transmitter can directly measure the temperature of gas or liquid, which is especially suitable for low-temperature range measurement, and overcomes the influence of condensed water on temperature measurement.
