电动汽车中的空调系统必须完成多重任务,即确保乘客的热舒适性和调节电池。本文提出了四种基于模型的空调系统控制方法。比较了这两种方法跟踪期望参考值、抑制干扰和避免饱和效应的能力。

两种方法是反馈控制器、分散比例积分控制策略和集中线性二次积分控制策略。另外两种方法在两自由度控制结构中将反馈控制器与基于逆的前馈控制器相结合。此外,这四个概念由汉努斯条件抗饱和机制补充。

所提出的四个控制器中的三个明确地考虑了多输入多输出系统的耦合,这允许高性能的控制。此外,所有方法都具有基于受控系统的物理模型的优点。该物理模型的开发和识别是论文的一部分。

控制器的物理基础确保了高水平的可重用性,从而确保了高效的控制器设计过程。提出的控制概念通过测试平台的测量数据进行验证和比较。

通俗来讲,就是专门用户控制工业控制中的计算机,在智能控制中是核心的部件,可以在其内部执行逻辑运算、顺序控制等指令,可以对工业控制领域的各种类型的设备或者生产线进行控制,目前,机床、包装机械以及汽车行业是PLC主要的三大市场。

系统服务器主要负责对域内系统数据的集中管理和监视,包括报警、日志、事故追忆等事件的捕捉和记录管理,并为域内其它各站的数据请求(包括实时数据、事件信息和历史记录)提供服务和为其它域的数据请求提供服务。运行系统以系统服务器为中心,完成所有功能。系统服务器还提供二次数据处理和历史数据管理和存档功能。

现场控制站是DCS系统实现数据采集和过程控制的重要站点,主要完成数据采集、工程单位变换、控制算法处理、输出控制、通过系统网络将数据和诊断结果传送到系统服务器等功能。现场控制站由主控单元、智能I/O单元、电源单元和专用机柜四部分组成,在主控单元和智能I/O单元上,分别固化了实时控制软件和I/O单元运行软件。现场控制站内部采用了分布式的结构,与系统网络相连接的是现场控制站的主控单元,可冗余配置。主控单元通过控制网络(CNET)与各个智能I/O单元实现连接。

The air conditioning system in electric vehicles must accomplish multiple tasks, namely, ensuring the thermal comfort of passengers and adjusting batteries. In this paper, four control methods of air conditioning system based on model are proposed. The ability of these two methods to track the expected reference value, suppress interference and avoid saturation effect is compared.


The two methods are feedback controller, decentralized proportional integral control strategy and centralized linear quadratic integral control strategy. The other two methods combine feedback controller with feedforward controller based on inverse in two-degree-of-freedom control structure. In addition, these four concepts are supplemented by Hannus's conditional anti-saturation mechanism.


Three of the proposed four controllers explicitly consider the coupling of multi-input and multi-output systems, which allows high-performance control. In addition, all methods have advantages based on the physical model of the controlled system. The development and identification of the physical model is a part of the paper.


The physical foundation of the controller ensures a high level of reusability, thus ensuring an efficient controller design process. The proposed control concept is verified and compared by the measurement data of the test platform.


Generally speaking, it is the computer controlled by special users in industrial control, which is the core component in intelligent control. It can execute instructions such as logical operation and sequence control in it, and can control various types of equipment or production lines in industrial control field. At present, machine tools, packaging machinery and automobile industry are the three main markets of PLC.


The system server is mainly responsible for the centralized management and monitoring of system data in the domain, including the capture and record management of alarms, logs, accident memories and other events, and provides services for data requests of other stations in the domain (including real-time data, event information and historical records) and for data requests of other domains. The running system takes the system server as the center and completes all functions. The system server also provides secondary data processing and historical data management and archiving functions.


The field control station is an important station for DCS system to realize data acquisition and process control, which mainly completes the functions of data acquisition, engineering unit transformation, control algorithm processing, output control, and transmitting data and diagnosis results to the system server through the system network. The field control station consists of four parts: main control unit, intelligent I/O unit, power supply unit and special cabinet. On the main control unit and intelligent I/O unit, real-time control software and I/O unit running software are solidified respectively. The field control station adopts a distributed structure, and the main control unit of the field control station is connected with the system network, which can be configured redundantly. The main control unit is connected with each intelligent I/O unit through a control network (CNET).
