Ge has developed the 531X307LTBAHG1 local Area Network (LAN) terminal board for the 531X Series replacement board. The card can be installed on a range of GE series drives and exciters. After the card is installed, the card provides an interface system for the inverter to control the inverter and various external devices. Items such as buttons, indicators, and interlocking devices are some of the external devices that may be used.
The LAN signal to and from the driver is provided by the interface platform so that it is allocated accordingly. Once installed, the 531X307LTBAHG1 provides eight configurable control input plugs for the inverter. The input can accept voltages rated between 2 and 240 V, including AC and DC power supplies. The input voltage is converted into a 24VDC logic signal that the control board can understand. Now, signals can be easily transmitted across the entire LAN terminal and NTB terminal board, as well as the driver control board. The low voltage, low current Type C relay contact connector consists of seven on-board control outputs.
The 531X307LTBAHG1 is a GE EX2000 LAN terminal card. The component provides eight 24 V DC configurable control input plugs, CI1PL − CI8PL. These input plugs connect to 8PL, which is in LTB, NTB/3TB terminal boards and drives

Precautions before replacing 531X307LTBAHG1
Before touching the board or any linked circuit, turn off the power to the board and test to make sure there is no power.
Avoid device damage by removing or replacing circuit boards or connections while the driver is powered on.
Consider that each board is sensitive to static electricity.
When replacing boards, use ground strips and store all boards in the anti-static bag or box they arrive in.
