IS2020RKPSG3A安装

The IS2020RKPSG3A is a VME rack power module developed by General Electric. It is one of the most common VME rack power supply models. Each version has its own set of input and output standards. IS2020RKPSG3A installation
On the sheet metal support, the power supply is placed on the right side of the VME rack. At the bottom are the de input, 28 V DC output and 335 V DC output connections. At the bottom of the update design is a status connection. The cable harness supplies power to the VME rack through two connectors PSA and PSB on the top of the device. Each of the five 28 V de power modules supplies power to the VME rack segment. A, B, C, D, E, and F are the headings of these sections. External peripherals can be powered through the P28C output at the bottom of the power supply or the PS28. To do this, the jumper plug on the rack's left bracket must be moved from the "normal" position to the "isolated" position below.
Power off
Loosen the PSA/PSB bracket plus fastener at the front of the top of the module.
Separate the PSA/PSB bracket assembly from the RPSM.
Unplug the bottom connector.
Loosen the two additional bolts on the front sheet metal support.
Pull the sheet metal bracket/power module assembly forward to slide it out of the control rack and disconnect the four rear connectors.
Remove the four mounting screws that secure the RPSM to the bracket.
Install power supply
Locate the power installation sheet metal bracket and the four installation screws.
Place the module on the bracket with the module surface facing the additional fastener, then install and tighten the four mounting screws.
Slide the module bracket assembly onto the control frame, connect the four rear connectors, then tighten the two front external bolts.
Insert the rear latch of the PSA/PSB assembly into the slot on the bracket located at the rear of the top of the RPSM.
Plug the connection assembly into the matching connector of the RPSM.
Tighten the additional fasteners on the PSA/PSB bracket.
Connect the bottom connector of the power supply.
