The Application control layer module IS215ACLEH1C was produced by General Electric under the EX2100 series and is currently largely obsolete. The model has two sets of LED indicators, one for the status indicator, the other for the fault indicator. The indicators are ENET, OK, Active, Status and Flash, and each LED has a different function, such as ample, and the ENET LED blinks when data is transferred over Ethernet.

Some of the hardware features of the IS215ACLEH1C include Ethernet connectivity, serial ports COM1 and COM2, and 8 MB of dynamic random access memory (DRAM).

The IS215ACLEH1C model has a bus target interface that typically provides a bridge between the ACL local bus ISA controller and the PCI bus. The interface is also capable of connecting up to four local bus devices, but only three are used in the drive.
