Ge's Mark VIe controller IS420UCSCH1A is designed as one of the compact self-contained units that can be used with the QNX Neutrino operating system. The controller can be used with IONet applications and can control multiple other I/O packages and controllers.
When installing an IS420UCSCH1A controller, several requirements need to be met, some of which are to mount the UCSC device directly onto the mounting base, leave at least approximately 4 inches of air gap above and below the UCSC, and ensure that the operating temperature range is approximately one inch from any point on the UCSC controller.
One of the communications that occurs with the IS420UCSCH1A controller is with the UDH network; To communicate with the UDH network, you need to configure a 4 GB flash drive using the ToolboxST application.
