IS220PSVOH1A is used as a servo control package. The component is manufactured by GE for its Mark VI or Mark VIe systems. Both systems are used to control steam turbine and gas turbine systems.
The IS220PSVOH1A provides an electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet networks and the TSVO servo terminal board. The IS220PSVOH1A uses the WSVO servo driver module to handle two servo valve position rings. The PSVO has a front panel with multiple LED indicators. These include four leds indicating the status of two Ethernet networks (ENet1/Enet2), as well as a power and recipient LED, and two more leds labeled ENA1/2. There is also an infrared port on the front that is not used in this package.
After installation, the IS220PSVOH1A is configured using the Control System Toolbox application. The kit includes a processor board with input power connectors, a local power supply, and an internal sensor for temperature monitoring. The board also has on-board flash memory and RAM. The board is connected to the acquisition board.
You can automatically reconfigure the IS220PSVOH1A when replacing the IS220PSVoH1A. This option can be enabled/disabled through the component editor through the ToolboxST application. The component editor also allows the operator to manually reconfigure the module as needed. When replacing a terminal board, you must manually reconfigure the I/O packet.
