本特利传感器3300 XL11mm是振动监测产品，是取代本特利7200系列11mm和14mm 传感器系统。当从7200系统升级到3300 XL11mm系统时，所有的部件都要被3300 XL11mm 部件替换；同时，监测系统也要升级。如果使用本特利3500 监测系统，则需要软件组态的升级版本，该版本可以兼容本特利3300 XL11mm 系统；现存的本特利3300 监测系统也需要作相应的修改。

本特利3300 XL11mm趋近式传感器系统设计用于频率范围从0 到8kHz 的位移或振动测量，典型应用包括径向振动和位移、轴向位移以及键相位测量。虽然前置器的终端和连接器具备静电释放保护功能，但在使用过程中还应对静电释放多加注意。对于油膜轴承机器非接触式振动和位移测量，本特利传感器3300 XL 11mm 系统可输出3.94 V/mm ( 100mV/mil )。。它主要应用在要求大线性范围的下列测量：

轴向位移测量

蒸汽轮机的斜面差胀测量

往复式压缩机活塞杆位移或下降的测量

Product Overview:

The Bentley Sensor 3300 XL11mm is a vibration monitoring product that replaces the Bentley 7200 series 11mm and 14mm sensor systems. When upgrading from a 7200 system to a 3300 XL11mm system, all components must be replaced by 3300 XL11mm components. At the same time, the monitoring system needs to be upgraded. If the Bentley 3500 monitoring system is used, an upgraded version of the software configuration is required, which is compatible with the Bentley 3300 XL11mm system. The existing Bentley 3300 monitoring system also needs to be modified accordingly.

The Bentley 3300 XL11mm approach sensor system is designed for displacement or vibration measurement in the frequency range from 0 to 8kHz. Typical applications include radial vibration and displacement, axial displacement, and key phase measurement. Although the terminal and connector of the preprocessor have the function of electrostatic release protection, more attention should be paid to electrostatic release during use.
