注:  监测器通道成对编程，可以同时完成多以上两个功能。通道1 和2 可以完成一个功能，而通道3 和4 完成另一个(或相同的)功能。3500/42M前面板LED（发光二极管）的含义及通过其进行的故障诊断与前面的3500/40M模件相似。

3500/40M 监测器的主要功能为:

1)  通过连续不断地将机器振动当前值与组态中的报警值进行比较，并驱动报警系统，从而达到保护机器的目的；

2)  为操作人员和维护人员提供关键设备的振动信息。

通过组态，每一通道通常将输入信号处理成“静态值”。每一静态值都有组态好的警告报警值，每两个静态值都可组态一个危险报警值。报警的延迟时间可通过软件设定。

前面板LED（发光二极管）OK LED: 指示3500/40M 正常运行

TX/RX LED: 指示3500/40M 正与3500 框架内其它模块通讯

Bypass LED: 指示3500/40M 处于旁路模式

传感器缓冲输出: 前面板对应每一通道均有同轴接头，每一同轴接头都有短路保护

The bently Bentley 3500/42M displacement velocity acceleration monitor and 3500/40M function is similar, but more powerful, it is also a 4-channel monitor, it can accept signals from displacement, speed, acceleration sensors, through the processing of these signals, it can complete a variety of vibration and position measurements. The processed signals are compared with the alarm values programmed by the user. Each channel of 3500/42M can be programmed using the 3500 Framework configuration software to accomplish the following functions:

1 Radial vibration

2 Axial displacement

3 differential expansion

4 eccentric

5  REBAM.

6 acceleration

7 speed

8-axis vibration

9 Circular acceptance zone

Note: The monitor channel is programmed in pairs and can accomplish more than two functions at the same time. Channels 1 and 2 can accomplish one function, while channels 3 and 4 accomplish another (or the same) function. The meaning of the 3500/42M front panel LED (light emitting diode) and the fault diagnosis through it are similar to the previous 3500/40M module.

The main functions of the 3500/40M monitor are:

1) By continuously comparing the current value of the machine vibration with the alarm value in the configuration, and driving the alarm system, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the machine;

2) Provide vibration information of critical equipment for operators and maintenance personnel.

Through configuration, each channel usually processes the input signal into a "static value". Each static value has a well-configured warning alarm value, and each two static values can be configured with a danger alarm value. The alarm delay time can be set by software.

Front panel LED (Light Emitting Diode) OK LED: indicates normal operation of 3500/40M

TX/RX LED: indicates that 3500/40M is communicating with other modules in the 3500 frame

Bypass LED: indicates that 3500/40 m is in bypass mode

Sensor buffer output: The front board should have a coaxial connector in each channel, and each coaxial connector has short circuit protection
