3500/53 模块可用于组成2 选2 或3 选2(*)表决系统。安装超速检测系统的3500框架要求配备冗余电源。

每一个超速检测模块接收一个涡流传感器或磁传感器的信号，输入信号的范围是＋10.0V 至 -24.0V。信号超出此范围，在模块内受限。适用于本特利内华达3300 8mm 涡流传感器，3300 16mm 高温涡流传感器（HTPS），7200 5mm、8mm、11mm和14mm 涡流传感器，3300 RAM涡流传感器，或磁传感器。

前面板LED（发光二极管）含义：

OK LED: 指示3500/53 模块工作正常

TX/RX（传送/接收）LED: 指示3500/53 模块正在与3500 框架内其它模块进行通讯

Bypass（旁路）LED: 指示3500/53 模块处于旁路状态

Test Mode （测试模式）LED: 指示3500/53 模块处于测试状态

Alarm（报警）LED: 指示一个报警条件已发生，与之联系的继电器已动作传感器缓冲

输出: 每一模块前部都有一个用于缓冲输出的同轴接头，每一接头均有短路和静电保护

对于转速，可以设置低于或高于报警水平(设置点)。另外，对转速可设置危险 (超速)设置点。所有报警设置点均由软件组态来设置。报警点可调，并通常在0～*的满量程范围内调整。

报警时间延迟: 在频率高于300 Hz 时少于30ms 。

Bentley Nevada's 3500 Series, 3500 Mechanical Inspection System Electronic overspeed detection system is a highly reliable, fast response redundant tachometer system specifically designed for overspeed protection of machinery.

The 3500/53 module can be used to compose a 2-opt-2 or 3-opt-2 (*) voting system. The 3500 frame with the overspeed detection system requires a redundant power supply.

Each overspeed detection module receives a signal from an eddy current sensor or magnetic sensor, with the input signal ranging from +10.0V to -24.0V. Signals outside this range are limited within the module. For use with Bentley Nevada 3300 8mm vortex sensor, 3300 16mm High temperature Vortex sensor (HTPS), 7200 5mm, 8mm, 11mm and 14mm vortex sensor, 3300 RAM vortex sensor, or magnetic sensor.

Front panel LED (Light Emitting Diode) Meaning:

OK LED: Indicates that the 3500/53 module is working properly

TX/RX (Transmit/Receive) LED: indicates that the 3500/53 module is communicating with other modules in the 3500 frame

Bypass LED: Indicates that the 3500/53 module is in bypass state

Test Mode LED: Indicates that the 3500/53 module is in the test state

Alarm LED: Indicates that an alarm condition has occurred and that the relay associated with it has activated the sensor buffer

Output: Each module has a coaxial connector at the front for buffering the output, and each connector has a short circuit and electrostatic protection

For the speed, you can set it below or above the alarm level (setting point). In addition, the speed of the danger (overspeed) setting point can be set. All alarm setting points are set by software configuration. The alarm point is adjustable and is usually adjusted in the full scale range of 0 to *.

Alarm time delay: less than 30ms at frequencies above 300 Hz.
