Bently 本特利TK3涡流探头校验仪具有斜盘和千分轴两大装置。两套装置都备有4140钢作为观测表面, 用户可以根据需要替换成与实际转子相同材质作为观测表面。
注意:本特利内华达的传感器应用的是电涡流原理,我们要求TK-3的观测 表面材质要与探头实际工作中转轴材质*。只有这样才能保证校验的准 确度。
与4140钢具有相同响应曲线的钢材可以不进行替换,但是有些材质例如 铜、铝、黄铜、钛等作为探头的实际工作面,必须要求更换TK-3观测面。我们备有多种材质被侧面供选择。
Bently 本特利TK3涡流探头校验仪验证监测器读数装置的工作状态以及电涡流传感器系统的状态。一个正确的校准系统意味着精确的读数和传感器输入。 一个纺锤形千分尺用于检查传感器系统和校准位移监测器。与bently TK-3 一同提供的探头安装接头固定探头,同时被测靶面以被校准的增量向着或远离探头端部运动。前置器的输出由电压计进行记录。

The Bently Bentley TK3 eddy current probe calibrator has two devices, a swash plate and a microshaft. Both units are equipped with 4140 steel as the observation surface, which can be replaced with the same material as the actual rotor as the observation surface.
Note: Bentley Nevada sensors are based on the eddy current principle, and we require that the surface material of the TK-3 be the same as that of the rotating shaft of the probe in actual operation *. Only in this way can the accuracy of the check be guaranteed.
Steel with the same response curve as 4140 steel can not be replaced, but some materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, etc. as the actual working surface of the probe must require the replacement of the TK-3 observation surface. We have a wide selection of materials available on the side.
The Bently Bentley TK3 Eddy current probe calibrator verifies the operating status of the monitor reading device and the status of the eddy current sensor system. A proper calibration system means accurate readings and sensor inputs. A spindle micrometer is used to check the sensor system and calibrate the displacement monitor. The probe mounting joint supplied with bently TK-3 holds the probe in place while the target surface under test moves in calibrated increments toward or away from the probe end. The output of the preprocessor is recorded by the voltmeter.
The TK-3 vibration monitor is calibrated using a tilting disc driven by a motor. A rocker arm retainer on the disc holds the eddy current probe in place. By adjusting the retainer and probe to the appropriate position, the mechanical vibration size can be achieved to the desired value. The mechanical vibration is measured by a dial micrometer in a calibration device (no oscilloscope required).
The readings of the vibration monitor can be compared with the known output of the mechanical vibration signal (i.e. the reading taken by the dial meter). The mechanical vibration signal measured by TK-3 ranges from 50 to 254 μm (2 to 10 mils) peak-to-peak values.
