The 3500/15 TLB combines three normally separate interfaces and features into a single design package. The modular TLB system is configured to allow customers to select and install one of the steering, locking and braking functions individually, or to select pairs or complete steering, locking and braking functions, depending on project requirements.

The continuous steering design of the 106M1079-01 TLB system provides excellent bidirectional performance with the option of variable speed steering, unlimited positioning, balanced load and faster stopping.

The flexible system can be customized and manufactured in-house to meet specific application requirements, with rotational torque up to 454 kNm, braking torque up to 862 kNm and a variety of rotational speeds. The complete system solution includes brakes, drive and lock, controls and hydraulics.

All BENTLY TLB systems are fully monitored and designed to provide a remote interface for bridge control of the ship, and are also equipped with a control panel, 3500/15 106M1079-01 for local operations during maintenance and shaft positioning within the port. In case of power failure, manual rotation and locking function can be used.
