3300 XL 25 mm 传感器系统由独立的25 mm 探头、延伸电缆和3300 XL 25 mm 前置器组成。0.787 V/mm(20 mV/mil)的输出使系统的线性范围达12.7 mm(500 mil)。由于具有这样的线性范围,3300 XL 25 mm 传感器系统适用于测量中到大型蒸汽透平发电机上由于透平转子和机器定子(壳体)膨胀率不同所引起的差胀(DE)。


胀差测量 


胀差测量由两个电涡流传感器实现,测量与推力轴承有一定距离的凸缘或斜面。典型的传感器安装方式包括: 


两个传感器测量凸缘的同一侧。


两个补偿式输入传感器分别测量凸缘的相对一侧,有效地使可测量的DE 范围加倍。


两个传感器中至少有一个传感器测量转子的一个斜面,另一个传感器测量一个独立斜面或转子上的不同位置,以补偿径向移动。这种安装方式会对测量引入某些误差,但是能够测量比补偿式测量更长的总DE 距离。


安装方式需要根据可用的靶面尺寸、预计的转子轴向位移量以及机器内部(凸缘相对于斜面)的DE 靶面类型。当可用的凸缘高度足够时,应采用两个传感器测量凸缘的同一侧这种安装方式。两个传感器将提供互为冗余的测量。


系统兼容性 


3300 XL 25mm 探头具有多种壳体配置形式,可以代替所有标准的7200 25mm、7200 35mm 和25mm DE 传感器系统(包括侧面和尾部引出探头)。前置器的输出也与7200和25mm DE 系统的输出相同,使用户在升级时不需要修改任何监测器组态。当升级以前的系统时,传感器系统的每个组件(探头、延伸电缆和前置器)必须全部替换成 3300 XL 25mm 的组件。


趋近式探头和延伸电缆 


3300 XL 25 mm 探头设计用于苛刻的蒸汽透平DE 环境。它能在高达200°C(392°F)的温度下持续运行并保持精度,还可以承受250°C(482°F)的间歇高温。25 mm 探头前后密封,并使用FluidLoc电缆(所有标准25mm 探头),防止湿气进入探头端部。特殊的高温ClickLoc接头也是探头和延伸电缆的标准配置。每个探头和电缆都带有接头保护器和一次性接头保护器安装工具,确保接头不受污染。探头头部上的ClickLoc接头具有可拆卸的衬套,帮助在紧密间隙内缠绕电缆。 


3300 XL 25mm 探头有多种探头壳体形式,包括11/4-12 或11/2-12 英制螺纹、M30×2 或M39×1.5 公制螺纹或侧面或尾部引出探头带有1.06 或1.50 英寸直径无螺纹探头壳体。此外,有螺纹的3300 XL 25mm 探头壳体在标准供货中提供带有预钻安全线孔的锁紧螺母。 


前置器 


3300 XL 25mm 前置器1 与我们以前的3300 XL 前置器具有同样性。其紧凑的结构


既可采用高密度DIN 导轨安装形式,也可采用更传统的面板安装形式。改进的RFI/EMI抗干扰性使3300 XL 前置器不需要任何特殊的安装考虑即可达到欧洲电磁兼容性许可。RFI 抗干扰性还可以防止传感器系统受到周围高频无线电信号的干扰。前置器上SpringLoc端子带不需要特殊的安装工具,使现场连线更迅速、更坚固。


注: 


1.  前置器从工厂供货时已经过AISI4140钢校准。也可以按用户的要求对其它靶面材料进行校准。


安装附件 


在安装过程中以及安装后必须定期对传感器系统的正确运行进行校验,校验方法是移动传感器系统以模拟凸缘的运动。这种方法需要通过安装支架使传感器系统相对于轴转子和凸缘滑动。


对于单个传感器和补偿式输入的25 mm 差胀传感器应用,可订购可选的3300 XL 滑动支架。该支架可使传感器系统的精确校验更容易,并能够调整探头间隙,使传感器系统在线性范围内滑动。滑动支架的底板安装在差胀凸缘附近的透平壳体内表面上。探头安装


在附着于滑板上的探头座上。滑板在底板上滑动,并通过螺栓和安全导线固定在底板上。在校验和安装传感器时,松开将滑板固定在底板上的绑带,移动滑板和探头。千分表校验组件通过测量滑板的运动为校验提供参考。3300 XL 滑动支架帮助确保传感器系统与转子对中并垂直。

The 3300 XL 25 mm sensor system consists of a separate 25 mm probe, extension cable, and 3300 XL 25 mm preprocessor. The 0.787 V/mm(20 mV/mil) output gives the system a linear range of 12.7 mm(500 mil). Due to this linear range, the 3300 XL 25 mm sensor system is suitable for measuring differential expansion (DE) on medium to large steam turbine generators due to the different expansion rates of the turbine rotor and the machine stator (housing).


Dilatation measurement


The differential expansion measurement is achieved by two eddy current sensors, which measure the flange or bevel at a certain distance from the thrust bearing. Typical sensor mounting methods include:


Both sensors measure the same side of the flange.


Two compensated input sensors measure opposite sides of the flange, effectively doubling the DE range that can be measured.


At least one of the two sensors measures a bevel of the rotor, and the other sensor measures a separate bevel or a different location on the rotor to compensate for radial movement. This installation introduces some errors to the measurement, but allows the overall DE distance to be measured longer than the compensated measurement.


The installation needs to be based on the available target dimensions, the expected amount of rotor axial displacement, and the type of DE target inside the machine (flange versus bevel). When the available flange height is sufficient, two sensors should be used to measure the same side of the flange. Both sensors will provide measurements that are redundant to each other.


System compatibility


The 3300 XL 25mm probe is available in a variety of housing configurations and can replace all standard 7200 25mm, 7200 35mm and 25mm DE sensor systems, including side and tail extraction probes. The output of the preprocessor is also the same as that of the 7200 and 25mm DE systems, allowing users to upgrade without having to modify any monitor configuration. When upgrading the previous system, every component of the sensor system (probe, extension cable and preprocessor) had to be replaced with a 3300 XL 25mm component.


Approach probe and extension cable


The 3300 XL 25 mm probe is designed for use in harsh steam turbine DE environments. It can operate continuously and maintain accuracy at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), and can also withstand intermittent high temperatures of 250°C (482°F). The 25mm probe is sealed front and rear and uses FluidLoc cables (all standard 25mm probes) to prevent moisture from entering the probe end. Special high temperature ClickLoc connectors are also standard with probes and extension cables. Each probe and cable comes with a connector protector and a disposable connector protector installation tool to ensure that the connector is not contaminated. The ClickLoc connector on the probe head has a removable bushing to help wrap the cable in tight gaps.


The 3300 XL 25mm probe is available in a variety of probe housing forms, including 11/4-12 or 11/2-12 inch threads, M30×2 or M39×1.5 metric threads, or side or tail leadout probes with 1.06 or 1.50 inch diameter unthreaded probe housing. In addition, the threaded 3300 XL 25mm probe housing is available in standard supply with a lock nut with a pre-drilled safety wire hole.


preprocessor


The 3300 XL 25mm preprocessor 1 is identical to our previous 3300 XL preprocessor. Its compact structure


Both high-density DIN rail mounting and more traditional panel mounting are available. Improved RFI/EMI immunity enables the 3300 XL preprocessor to achieve European EMC approval without any special installation considerations. RFI anti-interference also prevents the sensor system from being interfered with by surrounding high-frequency radio signals. The SpringLoc terminal tape on the preprocessor does not require a special installation tool, making the field connection faster and stronger.


Note:


1. The preprocessor has been calibrated with AISI4140 steel when supplied from the factory. Other target surface materials can also be calibrated according to user requirements.


Mounting accessories


The correct operation of the sensor system must be checked periodically during and after installation by moving the sensor system to simulate the motion of the flange. This method requires that the sensor system slide relative to the shaft rotor and flange by mounting a bracket.


For individual sensor and 25 mm differential expansion sensor applications with a compensated input, an optional 3300 XL sliding mount can be ordered. The bracket makes accurate calibration of the sensor system easier and allows the probe clearance to be adjusted so that the sensor system slides in a linear range. The bottom plate of the sliding support is installed on the inner surface of the turbine housing near the differential expansion flange. Probe installation


On the probe seat attached to the skateboard. The skateboard slides on the bottom plate and is secured to the bottom plate by bolts and safety wires. When verifying and installing the sensor, release the binding that holds the skateboard to the bottom plate and move the skateboard and probe. The dial gauge calibration assembly provides reference for calibration by measuring the motion of the skateboard. The 3300 XL sliding bracket helps ensure that the sensor system is aligned and vertical to the rotor.

Obtained under column conditions: temperature 0°C to +45°C (+32°F to +113°F), -24Vdc power supply, 10KΩ load, diameter of not less than 61 mm (2.4 in) AISI4140 steel target surface, probe gap 7.0mm (275 mils). Its accuracy and interchangeability indicators do not apply to sensor systems that are not calibrated with Bentley Nevada AISI 4140 steel target surfaces.
