The BENTLY 3500/40M 176449-01 differential axial position module accepts input signals from Nevada proximity sensors, provides measurements of various vibration and position conditions, and compares the conditions to user-programmable alarm signals. The user programmable 3500/40M 3500 frames are configured with each channel software to perform the following functions: radial, vibration, thrust, position, expansion.
Note: The monitoring channel is right and can accomplish two functions of these functions in one time. Channels 2 and 1 May perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 perform another (or the same) function.
The main purpose of 3500/40m monitoring is to provide:
1. Mechanical protection for driving alarms is set by constantly comparing and configuring monitoring parameters for alarms.
2. Basic machine information for operators and maintenance personnel.
Each channel, depending on the configuration, typically has various parameters of its input signal called "static values". The user can configure the static value and danger value for each activity to any two alert setpoints for the active static value.
