Bently Nevada's 3500/42M preprocessor/seismic monitor provides four programmable channels for the 3500 system to accept input from the preprocessor and seismic sensor

The 3500/42M then adjusts the signal to provide various vibration and position measurements, and compares the adjusted signal with a user-programmable alarm. In addition, each channel can be programmed with 3500 rack configuration software to protect the machinery and monitor conditions for radial vibration, thrust position, expansion differential, eccentricity, acceleration, speed, shaft absolute value and circular acceptance area parameters. The 3500/44M Aero-modified Gas Turbine monitor is a four-channel aero-modified gas turbine (GT) vibration monitor for the 3500 system. The vibration monitor accepts four vibration channels. Each channel pair can apply its own tracking filter based on up to four different key phase inputs from the 3500 rack. The monitor processes signals from the Velomitor† and accelerometer, filters the measurements, allows the signal to integrate, and generates 1X vibration tracking and bandpass vibration, which is useful for gas turbine applications.
