美国Bently本特利4通道位移监测器模块3500/40M-01-00 它可以接受Bently本特利位移传感器的输入,对这些信号进行处理后生成各种不同的振动和位移测量,并将处理后的信号与用户编程的报警设定值进行比较。可以使用3500框架组态软件对3500/40M的每个通道进行组态编程,使其具有以下功能:

3500/40M监测器主要功能为:
1.通过连续不断地将机器振动当前值与组态中的组态值进行比较,并驱动报警系统,从而达到保护机器的目的;
2. 为操作人员和维护人员提供关键设备的振动信息;
通过组态,每一通道通常将输入信号处理成“静态值”。每一静态值都有组态好的警告报警值,每两个静态值都有组态一个危险报警值。

USA Bently Bentley 4-channel displacement monitor module 3500/40M-01-00 It can accept input from Bently Bentley displacement sensors, process these signals to generate a variety of different vibration and displacement measurements, and compare the processed signals with user-programmed alarm setpoints. Each channel of 3500/40M can be configured using the 3500 Framework configuration software so that it has the following features:
* Radial vibration
* Axial displacement
Differential expansion
* shaft eccentricity
* REBAM
Note: The monitor channels are configured in pairs so that at most 2 of the above functions can be performed at a time, with channels 1 and 2 performing one function and channels 3 and 4 performing another function.
The main functions of 3500/40M monitor are:
1. By continuously comparing the current value of the machine vibration with the configuration value in the configuration, and driving the alarm system, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the machine;
2. Provide vibration information of key equipment for operators and maintenance personnel;
Through configuration, each channel usually processes the input signal into a "static value". Each static value has a configured warning alarm value, and each two static values has a configured danger alarm value.
