330500速度计(Velomitor)压电式速度传感器用于测量轴承箱体、壳体或结构的绝对(相对于自由表面)振动。与带有运动部件的速度传感器,如BentlyNevada Seismoprobe*系列速度传感器不同,Velomitor传感器采用晶体形式,在压电式加速度计的基础上进行专业化设计,嵌入积分电路。因其采用晶体电路,没有移动部件,所以不会产生磨损和退化,并且可以垂直、水平或以任何角度安装。

注意:
如果壳振测量是为了对机器进行整体保护,应考虑每种测量方案的有效性。最常见的机器故障(不平衡和不对中等)都在转子上发生,并引起转子振动的增加(至少发生变化)。如果希望只通过壳体振动测量对机器进行有效的整体保护,必须有足够大的真实转子振动传送到轴承座或机壳上,更具体的说是传送到传感器的安装位置上才能实现。此外,对传感器的安装要多加注意。不正确的安装会引起传感器性能下降,或者产生不真实的振动信号。若将输出积分成位移,这种错误会更加严重。

330500 Velomitor Piezoelectric speed sensors are used to measure the absolute (relative to the free surface) vibration of a bearing housing, housing or structure. Unlike speed sensors with moving parts, such as the BentlyNevada Seismoprobe* series, the Velomitor sensor is in crystal form, specially designed on the basis of a piezoelectric accelerometer and embedded with an integrated circuit. Because it uses a crystal circuit and has no moving parts, it does not cause wear and degradation, and can be installed vertically, horizontally or at any Angle.
Features and Benefits:
The 330500 Velomitor® speed sensor is used to measure the absolute (as opposed to free surface) vibration of a bearing housing, housing or structure. It uses highly sensitive piezoelectric crystals, integrates an integral circuit inside the sensor housing, has no moving parts, so it does not cause wear and degradation, and can be installed vertically, horizontally or at any Angle.
For applications requiring IP65 or NEMA 4X protection in special environments, the 330525 Velomitor® XA (Extended Application) is the ideal choice. The 330525 is actually a rugged version of the 330500, with a 316L stainless steel housing, unique protective coupling and cable assembly, and no additional dust and waterproof cover is required for installation
Attention:
If the shell vibration measurement is for the overall protection of the machine, the effectiveness of each measurement scheme should be considered. The most common machine failures (unbalance and misalignment) occur on the rotor and cause an increase (or at least a change) in rotor vibration. If you want to effectively protect the machine as a whole only by measuring the vibration of the housing, you must have a large enough real rotor vibration to be transmitted to the housing or housing, and more specifically to the installation position of the sensor. In addition, more attention should be paid to the installation of sensors. Improper installation can cause degradation of sensor performance or produce an unreal vibration signal. This error is even more serious if the output is integrated into displacements.
